Think of an urn with your pet's name or a treat jar with your own text. This page explains what that means for your order.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No cooling-off period<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Normally you have a 14-day cooling-off period. By law, that doesn't apply to products made to your specifications: we can't sell a product with your text to anyone else. That's why you can't cancel a made-to-order product once we've started printing, and you can't return it.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Broken or not right? We'll fix it<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Did your order arrive damaged, or did we make a mistake (such as the wrong text or colour)? Contact us within 14 days, ideally with a photo. We'll reprint it or refund your money. You don't need to send anything back.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check your text carefully<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We print your text exactly as you enter it, so watch the spelling, capitals and spaces.<\/li><li>Spotted a typo after ordering? Email us as soon as possible. As long as we haven't started, we're happy to change it.<\/li><li>3D prints are handmade: small layer lines and a slight colour difference from the photo are normal and not a reason to complain.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questions?
